Refund policy

Returns

Our Returns Policy:

  • Products must be returned within 31 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Women’s underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Men’s underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
  • Purchases made by gift card cannot be returned.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

 

There are certain situations where only 50% refunds are granted:

  • Any item NOT in its original condition.
  • Any item NOT in its original packaging.
  • Any item NOT with its original tags still attached.
  • Any item NOT with the invoice enclosed.
  • Any item NOT returned within 31 days of receiving your order.

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.

Athletic Sportswear  will not accept any exchange requests. Please see our 'Exchanges & Orders' page to find out more.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:Athletic Sportswear Ltd, Canal Road, Leeds, LS12 2ND, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
